All they want to tell you is that your computer are infected, you should purchase their product. Then how can we get rid of the malware?
First we should understand why a program can not be removed. There is a likely chance that this is happening due to one or more parameters that are not set properly in your PC’s registry; however, if you are not familiar with the registry, do not even attempt to access it. We strongly recommend you use ErrorFix to clean your registry, it can easily remove stubborn program such like Personal Antivirus. http://www.make-pc-faster.com/
Also, there are three simple tests that you can try:
1. If your PC has more than one User account (i.e.: Administrator and John Smith), the program may have been installed while using one account (i.e.: Administrator) and you are currently in the other account (i.e.: John Smith) that would cause the program not to be displayed on the Control Panel within the John Smith account.
2. If there is a minor problem with the Control Panel itself, try the following to access the “Add or Remove Programs” panel directly: Click “Start” followed by clicking “Run” and enter the following: appwiz.cpl followed by clicking on “OK” that will directly display the “Add or Remove Programs” panel.
3. At the top-right corner of the “Add or Remove Programs” panel, click on the small square box to the left of “Show updates”.
If after having tried the above three tips and your program still doesn’t appear, seek the help of a qualified technical person.

Also rememeber that this little nasty will keep coming back if you dont unplug and reset reset your router, before performing a malware scan in safe mode.
Rebuild your router settings but this time use a new password. What a hassle huh!
Should be good to go after you have done this.
Hope this helps. (”,)
another tip…if your malware bytes can’t open or retrieve updates..try this…copy the malwarebytes.exe (found in program files) to the same directory…rename it to xxx.exe…leave the existing file there but double click..xxx.exe …the program will open.
To get the update to work you may also have to go to control panel / Administrative tools / Services and then double clich DNS Client and change the start up to “disabled” this will allow you to retrieve updates
U must change the passwords on your computer and donnot online banking if you are infected. please do it when the computer is afert a new installation or the combofix says that the computer is not infected anymore.
