Trojan is the only brand I know that makes XL condoms so i don't think they have much competition! great product. The head of the condoms will accomidate the 16. 5 cm but the base will not. It cuts off the circulation. But not in a helpful, c0ck ring way, but in a harmful, rubber band way. Very uncomfortable. It's like fitting a rhinoceros into a garbage bag. I'm not sure why there isn't a larger size on the market.
